Our beautiful villa has been fitted out to a very high standard and has Contemporary Solid Oak Furniture throughout. All bedrooms have air conditioning and French Windows which open onto the Pool Terrace. A new large flat screen Sony TV with UK and European Satellite television is available in the lounge.
The 8 metre x 4 metre Solar HEATED Swimming Pool , set in the centre of the plot with far reaching views of the Pyrenees. Landscaped gardens surround the villa on all sides. The exceptional restaurant 'Nou Fusion' is located close by just a short leisurely stroll down from the villa, and many more locally. .

Inside Details

Casa Albera' is cleaned prior to your arrival and there is an excellent towel and linen service provided at a small extra cost.
The air-conditioned bedrooms provide a cool and peaceful place to relax from the heat of the day during an afternoon siesta

Outside

The heated swimming pool has an uninterrupted south facing aspect so has the benefit of the sun for most of the day, in the evening, fantastic sunsets can also be enjoyed from the pool! The size of the pool is 8 metres by 4 metres and there is also a solar heated outside shower.

Coast/Beach

The beaches are 10 minutes drive from the villa. The town of Roses is about 5 minutes away. Also nearby is the village of Palau Saverdera where they are some nice restaurants, a local shop and a bank with an outside cash point.

Notes on prices

Rental prices are for the property per week in euros. Cleaning/Bed Linen 180 euros

Changeover day

Please note that during the months of July and August rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday ONLY! Outside of the period the days can be flexible.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Master Bedroom with French Doors opening onto the pool terrace, air conditioning plus a ceiling fan, Two Twin or One King Size Bed. On-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have twin beds with zipped mattresses which convert to king size beds if required. 2nd bedroom with twin beds or king size bed, air conditioning, plus a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, opening onto the terrace. 3rd Bedroom with twin beds or king size bed, air conditioning, plus a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, opening onto the terrace.
Bathrooms:	Bathroom (next to Bed 1) has bath/shower, wc, sink and bidet. Shower-room has wc, shower and sink.
Kitchen:	American style Maple Kitchen with Electric Cooker, hob with extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc
Utility Room:	Washing machine, internal clothes line, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:	Large circular lounge in the tower with UK satellite television, sofa bed, oak framed settee and chair, handmade oak coffee table, oak bookcase, two French Windows opening onto the pool terrace and barbeque area. Separate dining room adjoins the lounge with an extending solid oak table and 8 oak chairs. Opening French windows onto the terrace.
Other:	Off the living room is the pool terrace with 'Barlow Tyrie' circular teak table, teak chairs and a barbecue. Ideal for that light lunch or evening meal overlooking the pool and beyond to the Pyrenees. A wonderful place to sit and relax, with just the sound of nightingales, spectacular sunsets and starlit nights for company.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	The villa is new and is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning can be obtained by arrangement, especially for lets over 2 weeks. An excellent local towel and linen service is provided at a small extra cost.
