Villa rental periods and prices 2012: Peak Season: 2th June to 9th June: 30th June to 1st September: 22nd October to 27th October Cost €2750 per week. Mid Deason: 9th June to 30th June Cost €2250 per week. Low Season: 1st October 22nd October: Cost €1950 per week. Cleaning supplemen:t €180 per week. Deposits: A €500 deposit is required in order for us to reserve the villa for your holiday period.
Once we have received your application form we will send you further details allowing us to reserve the villa for your holiday Please note that all payments are in Euros.
A security payment of €500 is required before the start of your holiday. This can be paid with your holiday deposit or no later than 2 weeks before your rental period starts. This will be refunded in full within 2 weeks after the end of your holiday, less any breakages or repairs.

I have read the notes and conditions attached, will leave the villa clean and tidy, and will report any breakages during or at the end of the booked period
