A few notes for your guidance and some important conditions:

CLEANING:
A standard cleaning charge of €180 is payable on departure. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally at the start of your holiday please discuss any additional requirements with our agent at the start of your holiday.

Casa Albera is cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as only a limited period of time is available to clean the property , it is a condition of your let that you leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES:

Arrivals can be at any time after 4:00pm. The villa must be vacated by 10:00am to allow cleaning prior to the arrival of following guests. Departures after 12:00 noon will be charged as an extra day.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE:

Breakage or spillage in the villa should be reported so we can rectify it immediately. Repairs or extra cleaning may require an additional charge, for which you will be billed. Cleaning of the villa left significantly below the standard of that found on arrival will be charged at €75.

PAYMENT TERMS:

A deposit of €500 is required when booking.
The balance must be received no later than 8 weeks before your arrival .

Your security deposit of €500 must be RECEIVED 2 weeks before your arrival .

This will be refunded within 14 days after your departure after an inspection of the property and any breakages deducted.

8-6 weeks 50% villa cost

6-4 weeks 66% villa cost

4-2 weeks 80% villa cost

Less than 2 weeks Full villa cost
